白毛藤多糖以不同浓度作用于胰腺癌细胞，采用Hoechst33258染色测定凋亡情况，RT-PCR检测caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果表明，白毛藤多糖的抗肿瘤作用可能与细胞凋亡有关。
白毛籐多糖以不同濃度作用于胰腺癌細胞，採用Hoechst33258染色測定凋亡情況，RT-PCR檢測caspase-3蛋白的錶達。結果錶明，白毛籐多糖的抗腫瘤作用可能與細胞凋亡有關。
백모등다당이불동농도작용우이선암세포，채용Hoechst33258염색측정조망정황，RT-PCR검측caspase-3단백적표체。결과표명，백모등다당적항종류작용가능여세포조망유관。
Pancreas carcinoma cells were treated with various concertratoion of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides, Hoechst33258 dyeing was used to detect the apoptosis of pancreas carcinoma cells in various concentration of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides, and RT-PCR was used to detect the expression ofcaspase -3. Results showed that Solamum lyratum polysaccharides could inhibit the pancreas carcinoma prolif- eration by regulating apoptosis.
