为提高农村户用沼气不同发酵原料产气量,促进农村户用沼气的发展,通过采用富氮、富碳和常规对照3种发酵原料,分析不同类型原料的产气量、部分理化特性及影响因素。结果表明:富氮原料和富碳原料均可生产沼气,且可满足用户的正常使用,但点火时间均分别比对照慢5.5天和12.5天;富氮原料发酵产气速度快于富碳原料;3种发酵原料发酵过程中沼气池pH值均在正常范围内;富碳原料产气量极显著低于对照和富氮原料;3种发酵原料产气量均与温度变化呈极显著指数正相关,说明气温变化是影响当前农村户用沼气产气量的重要因素。

In order to improve the rural household biogas production with different fermenting materials,prompt the rural household biogas extending,three treats including nitrogen rich materials(NIM),carbon rich material(CIM) and control check material(CK),were designed to analyze the individual biogas production,some physical-chemical characteristics of biogas digester and effect factors.Both NIM and CIM could product biogas and meet the household requirement,and their time starting to use were slower than that in the CK of 5.5 days and 12.5 days,individually.Biogas production with the NIM had faster rate than that of CIM.The pH value of all materials was in the normal range during their fermenting.The biogas production of CIM was extremely significant lower than those of CK and NIM.There were extreme significant index positive correlations between the biogas production of all material and temperature,which showed that the change of temperature was important factor affecting the production of the rural household biogas.
