目的：研究阿奇霉素栓的处方、制备工艺、质量控制及临床疗效。方法：以明胶、甘油为基质制备阿奇霉素阴道栓，建立质量控制，并对其进行临床疗效观察。结果：本品制备工艺可行，质量控制能够控制本品的质量，临床疗效可靠。结论：本品制备工艺简单、质量稳定，具有安全、疗效好等优点，适于医院推广使用。
목적：연구아기매소전적처방、제비공예、질량공제급림상료효。방법：이명효、감유위기질제비아기매소음도전，건립질량공제，병대기진행림상료효관찰。결과：본품제비공예가행，질량공제능구공제본품적질량，림상료효가고。결론：본품제비공예간단、질량은정，구유안전、료효호등우점，괄우의원추엄사용。
Objective : To investigate the prescription, preparation technology, of azithromycin suppository. Method: Azithromycin suppository was prepared with established quality control. Its clinical was feasible, quality control measures of this suppository were as follows: un quality control and clinical effect gelatin and glycerin as matrix and effect was observed at the same time. Results: The preparation technology were beneficial and clinical effect was reliable. Conclusion: The advantages complicated preparation technology, good quality, good clinical effect and sal'ety. Therefore, it is beneficial for promoting the application of azithromycin suppository.
