目的:比较用电极直接法测定血清和肝素钠抗凝血浆电解质浓度的差异,探讨肝素钠抗凝血浆代替血清检测电解质的可行性。方法:用深圳航创9886型电解质分析仪测定患者血清和肝素钠抗凝血浆的电解质浓度并进行统计分析。结果:血浆与血清钾、钠测定结果差异具有统计学意义,血浆与血清氯测定结果差异无统计学意义,但血浆与血清钾、钠、氯的测定结果具的很好的相关性,相关性系数(r)均〉10.975,且两种标本钾、钠、氯测定值平均偏倚均没有超出1/2CLIA’88允许误差。结论:行肝素钠抗凝血浆代替血清测定钾、钠、氯是可行的,但应建立相应的换算体系。

목적:비교용전겁직접법측정혈청화간소납항응혈장전해질농도적차이,탐토간소납항응혈장대체혈청검측전해질적가행성。방법:용심수항창9886형전해질분석의측정환자혈청화간소납항응혈장적전해질농도병진행통계분석。결과:혈장여혈청갑、납측정결과차이구유통계학의의,혈장여혈청록측정결과차이무통계학의의,단혈장여혈청갑、납、록적측정결과구적흔호적상관성,상관성계수(r)균〉10.975,차량충표본갑、납、록측정치평균편의균몰유초출1/2CLIA’88윤허오차。결론:행간소납항응혈장대체혈청측정갑、납、록시가행적,단응건립상응적환산체계。
Objective: To Probe into the feasibility of using the heparin sodium anticoagnlation plasma instead of serum by comparing with direct electrode method to assay the difference of electrolyte concentration between in the serum and in the heparin sodium anticoagulation plasma. Methods : Using the 9886 type electrolyte analyzer made by Shenzhen Hangchuang to assay the electrolyte concentration of the patient' s serum and heparin sodium anticoagulation plasma, and doing statistic analysis. Result: The result differences of testing Potassium, Sodium between in serum and in plasma is statistically significant; and the result differences of testing Chlorine between in serum and in plasma is not statistically significant. But the results of testing Potassium, Sodium and Chlorine between in both has good correlation, and all of the coefficient of this correlation is over or equal to 0. 975, and the biases of measured value about Potassium, Sodium and Chlorine between both of the specimens are not beyond the allowable error based on 1/2 CLIA' 88. Conclusion: It is feasible to assay Potassium, Sodium, Chlorine with the heparin sodium anticoagulation plasma instead of the serum, but should establish a corresponding conversion system.
