目的:观察灭螺有机复合肥料的灭螺效果,探讨其预防血吸虫病的意义。方法:分2个实验组:灭螺有机复合肥l,灭螺有机复合肥2。5个对照组:氯硝柳胺、溴乙酰胺、有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2及清水。将活成螺装入自编尼龙丝袋浸泡,间隔1d各取l袋,观察钉螺死亡情况。结果:灭螺有机复合肥料1×10曲浸杀4d、2×10-6浸杀3d、钉螺死亡率达100%。而氯硝柳胺及溴乙酰胺2×10。。浸杀4d、4×10-6浸杀4d、8×10-6曲浸杀3d钉螺死亡率才达100%。灭螺有机复合肥料的4种浓度的灭螺率,分别与有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2在相同时间内比较,差异均有显著性(P均〈0.001)。结论:灭螺有机复合肥料有显著的灭螺效果。

목적:관찰멸라유궤복합비료적멸라효과,탐토기예방혈흡충병적의의。방법:분2개실험조:멸라유궤복합비l,멸라유궤복합비2。5개대조조:록초류알、추을선알、유궤복합비1、유궤복합비2급청수。장활성라장입자편니룡사대침포,간격1d각취l대,관찰정라사망정황。결과:멸라유궤복합비료1×10곡침살4d、2×10-6침살3d、정라사망솔체100%。이록초류알급추을선알2×10。。침살4d、4×10-6침살4d、8×10-6곡침살3d정라사망솔재체100%。멸라유궤복합비료적4충농도적멸라솔,분별여유궤복합비1、유궤복합비2재상동시간내비교,차이균유현저성(P균〈0.001)。결론:멸라유궤복합비료유현저적멸라효과。
Objective : The study is to observe the moUuscicidal effect of the molluscicidal organic compound fertilizers. Method: The study has 2 experimental groups using molluscicidal organic fertilizer 1 and molluscicidal organic fertilizer 2 and 5 control groups using niclosamide, bromoacetamide, organic compound fertilizer 1, organic fertilizer 2 and clean water. Put live oncomelanias into nylon bag to soak, take 1 bag of every 1 d, Observe the death of the oncomelanias. Result: We have found that the molluscicidal rates arrive at 100% when oncomelanias are soaked in the 1 ×10-6 molluscicidal organic compound fertilizers for 4 days and 2 ×10-6 for 3 days while the molluscicidal rates can arrive at 100% only when oncomelanias are soaked in the 2 ~ 10-6 niclosamide or bromoacetamide for 4 days, 4×10-6 for 4 days, 8 ×10-6 for 3 days. Within the same period, the molluscicidal rates of 4 consistencies of the molluscicidal organic compound fertilizers are higher when respectively compared with those of 4 consistencies of pure niclosamide and pure bromoacetamide. And when the moUuscicidal rates of 4 consistencies of the molluscicidal organic compound fertilizers are respectively compared with those of organic compound fertilizer 1 and organic compound fertilizer 2 in the same time, the difference is significant (P all 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion: Thus we can draw a conclusion that the molluscicide organic compound fertilizers has a significant molluscicidal effect.
