根据传热学原理和计算机辅助热分析(CATA)技术为理论基础,通过试验方法研究了镁合金AM60半固态成形性,研究结果表明,AM60合金固相率对温度的变化极为敏感,当初始固相分数从20%过渡到30%,温度从618.0℃降至615.4℃,仅仅约降低了2.6℃。在此区间内,固相率对温度的平均变化为3.85%/℃,初始固相率波动幅度为12.8%-19.2%/℃;当初始固相分数从30%过渡到40%,温度从615.4℃降至612.2℃,也仅有3.2℃左右。在此区间内,固相率对温度的平均变化为3.125%/℃,初始固相率波动幅度为7.8%-10.4%/℃;当温度在577.9—589.9℃区间内(跨度约为12℃),由于AM60镁合金固相分数则始终维持在62%上下。因此,AM60镁合金半固态成形工艺中,其初始固相率不应选择通常的20%-40%的区间范围内,而应该选择较大值,最佳值为62%左右。

In the present work, based on heat transfer theory and CATA technology, a research on formability of semi -solid magnesium alloy AM60 was implemented through an experiment which achieved the quantitative rela-tionship between the semisolid solid - phase rate and temperature. It is shown that the solid - phase rate of AM60 alloys is extremely sensitive to its temperature. About only 2. 6℃ decreases when the solid - phase rate of the alloys is changed from 20% to 30%, and the average change rate of solid rate to temperature is 3.85%/℃, initial solid rate fluctuations from 12. 8% to 19. 2%/℃ ; About 3.2℃ decrease when the solid - phase rate of the alloy changed from 30% to 40%, and the average change rate of solid rate to temperature is 3. 125%/℃, initial solid rate fluctuations from 7.8% to 10. 4%/℃ ; While the temperature range from 577.9℃ to 589.9℃, which span 12 ℃, solid rate is always maintained at around 62% ? The result indicates that the initial solid rate should be higher, best is 62% rather than the usual 20% to 40% according to the AM60 magnesium alloy.
