利用响应面分析法对鱼腥草中黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,根据中心组合试验设计原理采用响应面分析法。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,鱼腥草黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,提取时间52min,料液比1:26。在此条件下,鱼腥草黄酮的含量为15.58μg/mg。

On the basis of single factor experiments, the optimum conditions for the extraction of Flavanoid were obtained in Houttuyniae Herba through Box - Benhnken center - united experiment design and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum conditions of Flavanoid extraction were as follows: ethanol concentration of 70%, extraction time of 52 min and the ratio of material to solvent of 1 : 26. Under these condition, the content of Flavanoid was 15.58 μg/mg.
