Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding%Marvelon%Norlutin
目的：从临床角度观察妈富隆对功能失调性子宫出血疗效。方法：将围绝经期功血患者60例分为妈富隆组和妇康片组，分别观察二组患者的出血时间与控制出血的天数。结果：妈富隆组有效率98％，妇康片组有效率93％，两组比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：妈富隆和妇康片在治疗围绝经期功血等方面，疗效都比较，临床并无差异。
目的：從臨床角度觀察媽富隆對功能失調性子宮齣血療效。方法：將圍絕經期功血患者60例分為媽富隆組和婦康片組，分彆觀察二組患者的齣血時間與控製齣血的天數。結果：媽富隆組有效率98％，婦康片組有效率93％，兩組比較無統計學差異（P〉0．05）。結論：媽富隆和婦康片在治療圍絕經期功血等方麵，療效都比較，臨床併無差異。
목적：종림상각도관찰마부륭대공능실조성자궁출혈료효。방법：장위절경기공혈환자60례분위마부륭조화부강편조，분별관찰이조환자적출혈시간여공제출혈적천수。결과：마부륭조유효솔98％，부강편조유효솔93％，량조비교무통계학차이（P〉0．05）。결론：마부륭화부강편재치료위절경기공혈등방면，료효도비교，림상병무차이。
Objective: from the viewpoint of the clinical observation of Marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: the perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were divided into 60 cases of marvelon and Norlutin group; the two groups were observed in patients with bleeding time and control the number of bleeding. Results: the effective rate was 98% of Marvelon group, Norlutin group effective rate 93%, two groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05) . Conclusion: marvelon and Norlutin in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding and other aspects, effects are more, there is no difference in clinical.
