On the basis of full investigation of the demand of international trade and entrepreneur- ship in Binhai New Area, the current development of the business incubator mode, the size, industries, the achievements of the existing College Pioneer Park, as well as the extent of college participation, the paper makes a summary of the development of business incubator home and abroad, and the experience and lessons from other provinces and cities. In addition, the analysis is made on the advantages of entre- preneurship incubator in the international trade of the Binhai New Area. Lastly, the paper puts forward the practical proposals of entrepreneurial incubator at various stages and analyzes the unique role colleges and universities should play.
