用水田七成熟种子为材料进行无菌播种,得到无菌苗再用幼叶、叶柄为材料进行组织培养和植株再生。经试验得出各阶段适宜的培养基分别为:(1)诱导愈伤组织:MS+2.0mg/LTDZ;(2)诱导芽分化:MS+1.5mg/L6一BA+O.5mg/LNAA;(3)生根培养:1/2MS+O.5mg/LIBA+0.1mg/LNAA。

용수전칠성숙충자위재료진행무균파충,득도무균묘재용유협、협병위재료진행조직배양화식주재생。경시험득출각계단괄의적배양기분별위:(1)유도유상조직:MS+2.0mg/LTDZ;(2)유도아분화:MS+1.5mg/L6일BA+O.5mg/LNAA;(3)생근배양:1/2MS+O.5mg/LIBA+0.1mg/LNAA。
The young leaves and leaf stalks of sterile seedlings were used as explants to study tissue culture and plant regeneration of Schizocapsa plantaginea Hance. The results showed the best medium of callus induction was solid Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium plus 2.0 mg/L TDZ, the highest frequency of shoot differentiation is obtained from the calli cultured on MS medium plus 1.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA, the best medium of rooting was 1/2 solid MS medium plus 0.5 mg/L IBA and 0.1 mg/L NAA.
