以百脉根品种一里奥为材料,通过不同组培配方培养基培养后,观察萌芽、生根和生长情况.确定用于百脉根一次性生根成苗的组织培养快繁方法和培养程序,其最佳培养基配方为:MS+IBA0.1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+蔗糖30g+琼脂8g,pH5.5~5.8。该配方和程序具有培养周期短、操作简便、成本较低、易于操作等特点。

After years of research, we have found out a rapid reproduction method which was suitable for Lotus corniculatus L. Used of one-time root into the tissue culture seedling, it abandon traditional three-stage plant tissue culture program, screened the best medium formula (MS + IBA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L + 30 g sucrose + 8 g agar, pH 5.5 - 5.8) and nurturing program, this formulation and process has the short-cycle, simple-operation, low-cost and easy-operation etc., in the rapid reproduction of tissue culture technology and program for Lotus corniculatus L. realize factory production to create the possibility.
