以百脉根品种一里奥为材料，通过不同组培配方培养基培养后，观察萌芽、生根和生长情况．确定用于百脉根一次性生根成苗的组织培养快繁方法和培养程序，其最佳培养基配方为：MS＋IBA0．1mg/L＋NAA0．05mg／L＋蔗糖30g＋琼脂8g，pH5．5～5．8。该配方和程序具有培养周期短、操作简便、成本较低、易于操作等特点。
