采用个体直接收获法,在采果后把10龄和3龄妃子笑荔枝树的根、茎、叶3个器官分成16~20个部位和组织。分别测定各个部位各个组织的生物量和镁浓度,并计算其累积量。以探明妃子笑荔枝树体内镁素在各个部位、组织中分布及累积特点.为荔枝镁营养研究及镁肥施用提供依据,结果如下:(1)镁浓度在不同组织和不同部位是不同的.在叶、皮部含量较高,在根颈、主根、茎枝木部含量较低;随着荔枝根系粗度增加,其镁浓度呈下降趋势;在同级枝干中,皮部镁含量显著高于木部;(2)10龄树老叶柄镁浓度显著高于3龄树,但其梢皮部和木部镁浓度则显著低于3龄树;(3)荔枝镁素累积在叶最多,其次为茎,根系镁累积量最少,叶镁素累积量占整株树镁素累积量50%以上(其中lO龄树为50.7%.3龄树为62.O%)。10龄树镁累积量(62.0g)是3龄树镁累积量(9.8g)的6.3倍。
採用箇體直接收穫法,在採果後把10齡和3齡妃子笑荔枝樹的根、莖、葉3箇器官分成16~20箇部位和組織。分彆測定各箇部位各箇組織的生物量和鎂濃度,併計算其纍積量。以探明妃子笑荔枝樹體內鎂素在各箇部位、組織中分佈及纍積特點.為荔枝鎂營養研究及鎂肥施用提供依據,結果如下:(1)鎂濃度在不同組織和不同部位是不同的.在葉、皮部含量較高,在根頸、主根、莖枝木部含量較低;隨著荔枝根繫粗度增加,其鎂濃度呈下降趨勢;在同級枝榦中,皮部鎂含量顯著高于木部;(2)10齡樹老葉柄鎂濃度顯著高于3齡樹,但其梢皮部和木部鎂濃度則顯著低于3齡樹;(3)荔枝鎂素纍積在葉最多,其次為莖,根繫鎂纍積量最少,葉鎂素纍積量佔整株樹鎂素纍積量50%以上(其中lO齡樹為50.7%.3齡樹為62.O%)。10齡樹鎂纍積量(62.0g)是3齡樹鎂纍積量(9.8g)的6.3倍。

Ten and three-year-old litchi cv. Feizixiao (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) trees were uprooted and divided into 16~20 parts and tissues belonging to 3 organs (root, stem, leaf) after harvest with individuals harvesting method and determine their biomass and Mg concentration for observation of their Mg partition and accumulation. The results were as follows: 1. Mg concentration in different parts and tissues was different. The Mg concentration was the highest in leaves and cortex, and was the lowest in the root crown, taproot, xylm of stem and branches. The Mg concentration of root decreased along with it's diameter increasing; In the same order branches and stem, Mg concentration in cortex was higher than that in wood; 2. Mg concentration in old stalk of ten-year-old litchi tree was higher than that of three-year-old litchi tree, but contrary to shoots' cortex and wood; 3. Mg accumulation was the most in the leaves. Next was the stem and the less in the root. Mg accumulation in the shoots occupied more than 50% of the total Mg in the tree (in which that in ten-year-old tree and three-year-old tree respectively occupied 50.7%, 62.0%.). The Mg accumulation in ten-year-old tree (62.0 g) was 6.3 times that in three-year-old tree (9.8 g).
