文章利用avl—cruise软件对某6730客车建立了整车模型,模拟了发动机、变速箱与三种不同主减速比之间的匹配关系,分别进行了动力性和燃油经济性模拟计算,得到了定制任务下的动力性指标、燃油经济性指标和Highway循环发动机运行工况分布图。依据计算得到的数据绘制了各档最大动力因数、爬坡度图形以及4、5档下不同主减速比等速百公里耗油图。最后综合分析数据和图形得到整车动力性与燃油经济性的合理匹配,为整车前期配套开发提供了依据。

In this paper, the model of a 6730 Bus is set up based on Cruise software to simulate matching relation of the engine, gearbox and final rear ratio.And analysis of the bus's power and fuel economy is established to get setting tasks about dynamic index and engine operating condition distribution map under highway cycle. The maximum power factor of each gear. the maps of gradeability and Constant speed fuel consumption of 100 kilometers map when the bus is under 4 and 5 gear using the different final raer ratio .At last according to analysis data and graphics get the vehicle power and fuel economy of reasonable matching to provide vehicle infrastructure development a basis
