采用生命周期评价方法,以软锰矿浆烟气脱硫副产硫酸锰(S02还原法)和两矿一步浸酸法分别生产1t硫酸锰为研究对象,进行了生命周期清单分析,并计算两种工艺的资源消耗及环境影响。结果表明:SO2还原法的环境影响负荷与资源耗竭系数均小于两矿一步法,这种新工艺对环境更友好且更加节省资源。

Two target processes, FGD with pyrolusite slurry (SO2 reduction method )and traditional two ore method, to produce one ton manganese sulfate were analyzed by life cycle assessment methodology. The environmental impact of each process and resource consumption were collected and calculated respectively. The results show:both of the environmental impact load and resource depletion coefficient of SO2 reduction method are less than those of two ore method. Therefore, the novel oroiect is more environment-friendlv and ra~ol~reo-li~rht thnn trnAitlc~n0l I~
