This article introduces our country belt weigher simulation load test technology development process. In order to maintain the belt weigher in accuracy, we used a variety of different simulation methods to test of belt weigher constantly, and attempted to simple inspection method alternative to tedious physical examination. Along with the science and technology progress ceaselessly, belt weigher simulation load test technology has gone through a difficult course, from manual semi-automatic to fully automatic, the belt below the simulated load test to the belt above simulation load test, the air belt simulation load test to the conveying belt simulation load test. The accuracy of belt scale is a long-standing for users and manufacturers. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the inspection and using the status, and the future development trend. Model simulation load test device updates examination of belt weigher technology concept, improves the belt weigher simulation load test confidence rate. From the theoretical analysis research to the actual data test, it can provide a credible direct substitution test technology to users.
