本文以高等教育人才培养模式改革为依托,以服务地方经济为目标,以促进本科院校教学质量的提高为出发点,在制定应用化学专业2011版培养方案的基础上,深入探讨了应用化学专业创新型人才培养的模式。分别从新方案的指导思想、培养目标、教学内容、教学方法、课程设置、结构体系以及新方案实施中还应该做哪些工作等方面分别进行了论述。

This paper,relying on the reform of talented person training mode in higher school,with servicing local economy as the target,with promoting teaching quantity of undergraduate college as the starting point,deeply discusses the pattern of applied chemistry talent training on the basis of the 2011 cultivation plan for chemistry major.This paper expounds from the following aspects: guiding ideology of the new scheme,training objective,content of courses,teaching method,course setting,structure system and other work that should be noticed in concrete implementation.
