地方本科院校要承担起为地方经济社会发展培养应用型人才的历史使命,就必须主动适应我国高等教育大众化发展的新形势,深化人才培养模式改革。怀化学院从2007年开始进行“三位一体”应用型人才培养模式改革的顶层设计和理论探索,2009年全面实施“三位一体”应用型人才培养模式改革创新,在教学思想观念更新、本科专业人才培养方案修订、课程研究性教学改革实施、实践教学新体系建立、课程考试改革探索、教学质量监控体系构建、教学质量评估体系建设、校园文化活动实践和“双师型”师资队伍与教学团队建设等方面进行了卓有成效的实践,探索了一条地方本科院校应用型人才培养的有效途径。
地方本科院校要承擔起為地方經濟社會髮展培養應用型人纔的歷史使命,就必鬚主動適應我國高等教育大衆化髮展的新形勢,深化人纔培養模式改革。懷化學院從2007年開始進行“三位一體”應用型人纔培養模式改革的頂層設計和理論探索,2009年全麵實施“三位一體”應用型人纔培養模式改革創新,在教學思想觀唸更新、本科專業人纔培養方案脩訂、課程研究性教學改革實施、實踐教學新體繫建立、課程攷試改革探索、教學質量鑑控體繫構建、教學質量評估體繫建設、校園文化活動實踐和“雙師型”師資隊伍與教學糰隊建設等方麵進行瞭卓有成效的實踐,探索瞭一條地方本科院校應用型人纔培養的有效途徑。

Local universities should offer to adapt popular development trend of Chinese higher education and deepen talent - cultivating model if local universities need bear historical mission of applied talents cultivation for local social and economical development. Huaihua University began to carry out top - level design and theoretical exploration of trinitarian reform model of applied talent cultivation in 2007 and comprehensive reform and innovation of trinitarian model of applied talent cultivation in 2009. The reform has proved highly successful and to be an effc.ctive way of applied talent cultivation in local universities in the aspeets of updating teaching concepts, revising cultivating projects of undergraduate professionals, the reform implement of curriculum research teaching, establishing new practical teaching system, reform exploration of curricuhun examination, building monituring system of teaehing quality, evaluation system construct of teaching quality, practical activity of campus culture, the cunstruction of double - professional teaching staff and teaching teams, etc.
