目前,摩托车路试仪种类较多,但缺少相应的检定校准装置。本文设计开发了一种基于MSP430摩托车路试仪检定装置。采用MSP430单片机作为系统控制单元,通过I/O口输出的由定时器B产生的时序方波作为步进电机的控制信号,信号经过芯片L297和L298N驱动步进电机;同时,用4个按键来对电机的状态进行控制,并用AMPIREl2864动态显示通过光电编码器测得的步进电机速度。系统软件采用在IARforMSP430软件环境下编辑的c语言,并在protues软件下进行系统总体和模块仿真。最后通过实物实验印证检定装置能够达到预期效果。

At present, the sort of motorcycle road test instrument is more, but the lack of corresponding calibrating apparatus.We design and develop a calibrating apparatus about motorcycle road test instrument based on MSP430.MSP430 is used to control the stepping motor, the timing square wave generated by Timer B through the I/O port output is taken as a control signal of the stepping motor, the signal drives the stepping motor through the L297 and L298N chip. At the same time, four buttons are used to control the status of the motor, and an AMPIRE -12864 is used to display dynamically speed of simulation turn plate stepping motor to drive , and the photoelectric encoder measured it. Software uses C language to edit in the IAR for MSP430 software environment.,and system overall and module simulation in protues software environment .Finally,It is able to achieve expected effect through the physical experiment
