目的:探讨实时动态四维超声在胎儿畸形产前诊断的应用价值。方法:应用E8、VOLUSON730四维超声对38679例妊娠18~37周胎儿进行常规二维和实时四维超声检查。结果:38679例胎儿中共检出胎儿畸形235例,其中胎儿神经系统畸形65例,颜面部畸形28例,颈部(颈部淋巴水囊瘤)畸形14例,心脏畸形39例,胸部畸形14例,膈疝10例;腹部畸形12例,泌尿系统畸形17例,四肢骨骼畸形36例。结论:四维超声成像较二维超声能提供更丰富的诊断信息,全面直观地显示胎儿畸形,提高了产前诊断胎儿畸形的准确率,具有重要的应用价值。

목적:탐토실시동태사유초성재태인기형산전진단적응용개치。방법:응용E8、VOLUSON730사유초성대38679례임신18~37주태인진행상규이유화실시사유초성검사。결과:38679례태인중공검출태인기형235례,기중태인신경계통기형65례,안면부기형28례,경부(경부림파수낭류)기형14례,심장기형39례,흉부기형14례,격산10례;복부기형12례,비뇨계통기형17례,사지골격기형36례。결론:사유초성성상교이유초성능제공경봉부적진단신식,전면직관지현시태인기형,제고료산전진단태인기형적준학솔,구유중요적응용개치。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of real-time dynamic four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation prenatal. Methods: Conventional two-dimensional and real-time 4D ultrasound were detected by E8, VOLUSON730 four-dimensional ultrasound on 38 679 fetus of 18-37 weeks. Results: There were 235 cases of fetal malformations in 38 679 cases, in which 65 cases with fetal nervous system malfomation, 28 cases with facial deformity, 14 cases with neck (cervical lymph hygroma) malformation, 39 cases with cardiac malformation, 14 cases with chest deformity, 10 cases with diaphragmatic hernia, 12 cases with abdominal malformation, 17 cases with urinary system malformations, and 36 cases of limb bones deformity. Conclusion: Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound, four-dimensional ultrasound imaging can provide richer diagnostic information, a comprehensive and visually display fetal malformations, and more accurate prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations, with great clinical value.
