Currently,normal university library is facing various problems,such as improving librarian quality,accelerating the realization of modern information means,and increasing the investment of digital books and electronic resources.In the process of comprehensively building a well-off society,normal university library should highlight the institution adjustment,rationally allocate the existing library resources,advocate the librarian set up the concept of socialist key values,and fully play the educational and communication function of library.
