辅导员制度是目前大学普遍采取的一种学生管理制度。辅导员主要负责帮助高校学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,积极开展就业指导和服务工作。而艺术类专业学生与文化生相比,在高中时期就采取＂特殊化＂的管理模式,因此大学阶段辅导员的工作应在普遍性原则下,针对艺术生的特点,创新工作方法,改变教育模式,帮助学生立志成才。

Currently,the mode of full-time political instruction has been acknowledged by most universities.The instructors take upon the major responsibility to enable students to establish a correct outlook on world,life,values,and to guide the students to obtain employment.Comparing with the common students in university,the arts students used to be cultivated under the model of the "specialization" during their high school period.Therefore,their instructors,guided by the general idea of work of full-time political instruction,are supposed to innovate and change their working educating modes and to direct the students' aspiration to talent.
