Based on the present situation of the teaching of "Power and Electronic Technology" and the students' characteristics in the third classified college,this article gives some analysis from several angles about that course such teaching content and form,the teaching method and so on.It also tells that appropriate reform direction and action in order to improve teaching effect of that course "Power and Electronic Technology" in the third classified college.
