This article,from the perspective of globalization,demonstrates the necessity of college bilingual teaching,elaborates the important role of bilingual teaching in improving students' English level,discusses the basic conditions bilingual teachers should have and some problems in bilingual teaching,and puts forward several suggestions on the improvement of bilingual teaching quality.
