提出了基于机械物理法的热固性塑料粉碎再生工艺,对在多种机械力复合作用下的粉碎过程进行了粉碎力学、断裂机理和粉碎效果的综合分析;通过对热固性酚醛塑料的试验研究,证明了在合适的转速、时间和温度条件下,由于机械物理作用、热固性塑料的物理特性及网状交联分子结构发生改变而在一定程度上恢复固化成形的能力。

This paper puts forward the crushing and regeneration process of thermosetting plastic based on mechanical and physical methods. For the crushing process under a variety of mechanical forces, this paper conducted comprehensive analysis of crushing mechanics, fracture mechanism and the crushing effects. Through the experimental studies of thermosetting phenolic resin, it is proved that under appropriate rotational speed, time and temperature conditions, the physical characteristics and mesh crosslinking molecular structure of thermosetting plastic change due to mechanical and physical function,so that the thermosetting plastic restores crystallized ability to a certain extent.
