本研究采用自编问卷的形式对苏州大学120名被试的职业年龄刻板印象进行研究。结果表明:(1)大学生存在外显职业年龄刻板印象,倾向于认为年轻人更适合从事导游等年轻职业,而年长者更适合从事法官等年长职业;(2)大学生外显职业年龄刻板印象存在显著的性别差异。与男性相比,女性被试的职业年龄刻板印象更高。
本研究採用自編問捲的形式對囌州大學120名被試的職業年齡刻闆印象進行研究。結果錶明:(1)大學生存在外顯職業年齡刻闆印象,傾嚮于認為年輕人更適閤從事導遊等年輕職業,而年長者更適閤從事法官等年長職業;(2)大學生外顯職業年齡刻闆印象存在顯著的性彆差異。與男性相比,女性被試的職業年齡刻闆印象更高。
본연구채용자편문권적형식대소주대학120명피시적직업년령각판인상진행연구。결과표명:(1)대학생존재외현직업년령각판인상,경향우인위년경인경괄합종사도유등년경직업,이년장자경괄합종사법관등년장직업;(2)대학생외현직업년령각판인상존재현저적성별차이。여남성상비,녀성피시적직업년령각판인상경고。
This research used an explicit occupational age stereotypes questionnaire,120 undergraduate students of Soochow University were investigated in this study.The results showed:(1) College students had explicit occupational age stereotypes,participants considered young people were suitable for youthful occupations while old people were suitable for elder occupations;(2) There is significant difference between male and female in occupational age stereotypes.
