内燃机工作过程课程设计是内燃机原理课程课堂知识的扩展和综合,具有较强的专业性和拓展性。为了改进以往内燃机工作过程课程设计相对抽象、纯数字推算式的教学方式,课程设计新教学方式利用工作过程模拟软件,进行了包含内燃机具体结构和详细性能参数的工作过程设计教学。在教学期间,鼓励学生多修改结构和性能等参数,使其了解各种参数的变化对内燃机最终动力性、经济性和排放性能的影响,提高了学生自主设计的兴趣,达到培养学生实践能力、创新能力的目的。

Curriculum design for working process of internal combustion engine is the extension and comprehension of the classroom knowledge of internal combustion engine principle course,so it has a strong professional and developing feature In order to improve the teaching way which is relatively abstract and pure digital inductive,new teaching methods uses working process to simulate software,and carries out the design teaching of working process including the specific structure of internal combustion engine and detailed performance parameters.During the teaching,teachers should encourage students to modify the structure and performance parameters,so as to make students know the influence of the changes of various parameters.This has improved students interest in autonomous design and achieved the goal of cultivate students' practice ability and innovative ability.
