Fairness in education is the ideal education which is the constant pursuit of human society,and it's also an important part of social equity.Higher education is an important part of education as well as an important means of socio-economic status.Therefore,the equity of higher education has been popular concerned.By to change the development of female factors present in the equity of higher education in western countries,we try to discuss how to promote higher education fair.
