高校信息系统结构日益复杂,应用日趋多元化,传统的管理方式显然已经无法满足现实的需求。本文从高校目前信息化应用实际出发,对高校信息化服务管理中存在的问题进行分析与研究,结合我校多年来的应用探索和实践情况,探讨基于ITIL的服务台在高校IT服务管理中的地位和作用,为构建规范化的高校信息化服务管理体系提供建议和借鉴。

University information system structure is increasingly complex and increasingly diversified,so the traditional management style apparently has been unable to meet the needs of reality.Starting from the current situation of college information technology application,this paper analyzes and researches the problems in information service management,and explores the role of ITLT-based service desk in college IT service management combining with several years' application exploration and practice in our school,so as to provide suggestions and references for the construction of a standardized college information service management system.
