目的:通过对贫困大学生的调查,了解其心理健康状况,找到除经济因素外,易引起心理障碍的因素,并积极探寻有效的教育对策。方法:本研究采用单纯随机抽样的方法抽取了潍坊医学院1-4年级贫困生300名和普通生300名。通过症状自评量表scl-90和自编量表,分析比较不同性别、年级、性格、生源地的贫困生心理健康水平,进而找到除经济因素外的易引起心理障碍的因素,以便有针对性地进行心理辅导。结果:贫困生和普通生各因子分并无统计学意义,不同性别、生源地(外省和本省)的贫困生间各因子分无统计学意义,低年级贫困生人际关系敏感因子分较高年级贫困生高,内向贫困生强迫、抑郁、恐怖因子分高于外向贫困生。结论:贫困大学生与非贫困生间的总体心理健康水平无显著差异,低年级贫困生较高年级贫困生在人际关系上更加敏感,内向的学生更易患各种心理问题。

목적:통과대빈곤대학생적조사,료해기심리건강상황,조도제경제인소외,역인기심리장애적인소,병적겁탐심유효적교육대책。방법:본연구채용단순수궤추양적방법추취료유방의학원1-4년급빈곤생300명화보통생300명。통과증상자평량표scl-90화자편량표,분석비교불동성별、년급、성격、생원지적빈곤생심리건강수평,진이조도제경제인소외적역인기심리장애적인소,이편유침대성지진행심리보도。결과:빈곤생화보통생각인자분병무통계학의의,불동성별、생원지(외성화본성)적빈곤생간각인자분무통계학의의,저년급빈곤생인제관계민감인자분교고년급빈곤생고,내향빈곤생강박、억욱、공포인자분고우외향빈곤생。결론:빈곤대학생여비빈곤생간적총체심리건강수평무현저차이,저년급빈곤생교고년급빈곤생재인제관계상경가민감,내향적학생경역환각충심리문제。
Objective:Survey of the poor students to understand their mental health.To find out factors easy to cause the psychological barrier in addition to economic factors,and actively explore effective educational response.Methods In this study,we use the simple random sampling method to select 300 poor students and 300 general students in grades 1-4 of the Weifang Medical College.Analysis of different genders,grades,characters,students,poor students in mental health by Symptoms self-assessment rating scale and Self scale.And then find the factors other than economic factors could easily cause a psychological barrier,in order to be targeted for psychological counseling.Results:The factor scores of poor students and the general health was not statistically significant,each factors in the poor students of different genders,students to have no significant,interpersonal sensitivity factor points of poor students in lower grades are higher than the higher grade of poor students.The poor students' factor scores of obsession,depression,and phobic are higher than the outgoing poor students'.Conclusion:There was no significant difference in the overall level of mental health between the poor students and poor students.The low-grade poor students are more sensitive than the higher grades in interpersonal relationships.Introverted students are more susceptible to a vari ety of psychological problems.
