当前全国高校公共体育课基本都开设了健美操选项课,健美操课成为高校公共体育课程的主要内容之一,深受师生的喜爱,本文以沈阳师范大学健美操教学为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法进行研究,通过对健美操教学的研究发现,当前公共体育健美操教学存在着一些问题,本文主要针对这些问题,提出了一些改变健美操教学的建议,希望为公共体育健美操教学的改革提供一些参考。

Most of the current colleges in China has opened aerobics course as a public PE course. As one of the main contents of college public PE course, it is a favorite course of both students and teachers. Taking aerobics teaching in Shenyang Normal University as the research object, by using the method of questionnaire investigation, literature material, and expert interview, this paper finds that there exist certain problems in the current teaching. In view of these problems, the writer puts forward some suggestions on changing aerobics teaching, hoping to provide some reflections for aerobics teaching as a public physical education course.
