Currently, manufacturers producing low-end products are short of labor in coastal areas. The reasons can be attributed to the low salary, lack of long-term effective salary system and incentives, and insufficient development of corporate culture. In order to ease labor shortage, companies shall expand their recruiting channels, improve concepts, intensify publicity, relax standards, make better human resource system, strengthen training programs for employees, and enhance corporate culture development. By means of industrial upgrading, technological innovation and transformation, manufacturers could reduce the number of employees to solve the social problem of labor shortage.
