提出了基于耐撞性能和行人保护性能的保险杠横梁轻量化设计要求,以某量产车型的保险杠系统为研究对象,对保险杠横梁进行轻量化设计。以质量最小为优化目标,采用中心复合试验设计和自适应响应面法对所设计的铝合金保险杠横梁壁厚进行了试验仿真优化。研究结果表明:所设计的铝合金横梁与原钢制横梁相比,在显著轻量化的同时有效提高了耐撞性能和行人保护性能。

The requirements of lightweight design of bumper beam with consideration of crash- worthiness and pedestrian protection were introduced. An aluminum alloy bumper beam for a produc- tion car was designed according to these requirements. With minimizing the mass of beam as the ob- jective, thickness optimization was conducted through central composite design method and adaptive response surface method. Compared with the original beam, the weight of the aluminum beam is re- duced significantly and the performance of crashworthiness and pedestrian protection is enhanced ef- fectively.
