This paper expounds harms, biological characteristics and Living habits of mosquitoes and flies, advises some methods to reduce the number of mosquitoes and flies in dairy cow farms of southern China. The aim is to warn the dairy cow farmers recognizing the importance of integrated control of mosquitoes and flies, and maybe it is helpful to reduce the harm of mosquitoes and flies, and enhance the level of dairy farming in dairy farms of southern China.
