为了对大型工程建设项目的成本、进度和质量进行有效控制，文章提出了大型工程建设项目管理信息系统的集成构架、技术架构以及系统的数据结构，设计了系统的组成和功能，分析了系统配置及扩展应用能力，为大型工程建设项目的顺利开展提供了有力的手段和工具。
