＂卓越工程师教育培养计划＂是我国高等工程教育的重大教学改革项目。校企合作模式是高等院校转变教学理念,符合＂卓越计划＂,培养适应社会和企业需求的应用型人才的重要保障。针对独立院校的校企合作模式,提出了＂3＋1＂人才培养模式,＂双师型＂师资队伍建设、企业深度合作和共同研发、兄弟院校的深度合作等建议。

"Excellence Engineers Education Training Plan"(Excellent Plan) was a higher engineering education major teaching reform project of China.School-enterprise cooperation mode,a changing teaching idea of higher colleges and comply with the "excellence plan",was an important guarantee of the applied talents to train to adapt to the society and the demand of the enterprises.According to school-enterprise cooperation mode of independent colleges,"3+1" mode of talent training,"double division type" teachers team construction,enterprise depth cooperation and common development,and the depth cooperation of colleges and universities were suggested.
