采用热重分析仪对池州地区的石灰岩资源进行了分解动力学试验分析。分析结果表明:在氮气气氛下,采用双外推方法对平均粒径为34μm的石灰石活化能进行了计算,并且得到了石灰石分解的活化能随转化率变化的规律。将升温速率外推为零,得到了理论上系统处于热平衡状态下的动力学参数=210 kJ/mol。

A large amount of decomposition kinetics experiments and data analysis were done to limestone ore of Chizhou by using thermogravimetry analyzer.The results indicated that activation energy of limestone power with average grain size about 34 μm was calculated by using double extrapolated method in nitrogen.The method of equal conversion rate was used to determine decomposition active energy value of limestone.Derived value Eα→0 was 210 kJ/mol when the conversion fraction was extrapolated to zero.
