建立猪殃殃中绿原酸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。猪殃殃药材经醇提,以绿原酸为对照品,以乙酸乙酯∶甲酸∶水(14∶1∶1)为展开剂,显色剂为2%Fecl3溶液。结果:甲醇作溶剂提取猪殃殃中绿原酸时所得Rf值与绿原酸对照品Rf值基本保持一致,呈亮黄色斑点。可快速,准确地对猪殃殃中绿原酸进行鉴定。
建立豬殃殃中綠原痠的薄層色譜鑒彆方法。豬殃殃藥材經醇提,以綠原痠為對照品,以乙痠乙酯∶甲痠∶水(14∶1∶1)為展開劑,顯色劑為2%Fecl3溶液。結果:甲醇作溶劑提取豬殃殃中綠原痠時所得Rf值與綠原痠對照品Rf值基本保持一緻,呈亮黃色斑點。可快速,準確地對豬殃殃中綠原痠進行鑒定。
건립저앙앙중록원산적박층색보감별방법。저앙앙약재경순제,이록원산위대조품,이을산을지∶갑산∶수(14∶1∶1)위전개제,현색제위2%Fecl3용액。결과:갑순작용제제취저앙앙중록원산시소득Rf치여록원산대조품Rf치기본보지일치,정량황색반점。가쾌속,준학지대저앙앙중록원산진행감정。
The cleavers of chlorogenic acid TLC identification methods were established.Cleavers herbs extracted by the alcohol,chlorogenic acid as the reference,ethyl acetate:formic acid:water(14:1:1) as developing agent,the chromogenic agent was 2%FeCl3 solution.The result showed that methanol as solvent extraction cleavers chlorogenic acid Rf values obtained the same with chlorogenic acid reference substance Rf value,and had bright yellow spots.This method used to identify the cleavers chlorogenic acid was quickly and accurately.
