实验尝试在160℃和180℃下催化水热法氧化聚氯乙烯以达到降解的目的。优化反应条件后,选择反应温度为180℃,催化剂为Pd-NiCx/AC,NaOH浓度为1 M为反应的基本条件。确定基本条件后进一步比较了加入双氧水量不同反应时间后的[Cl-]和COD值,加入双氧水量为5 mL时,反应相对较彻底,脱氯率可以达到99%以上。此脱氯反应为一级反应,反应常数K=0.5386,反应不完全氧化的主要产物也是草酸一类的可自然降解的有机酸,不会造成降解后产物对环境的危害。

Experiment attempts to The catalyze hydrothermal method was used to degradation of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) at 160 ℃ and 180 ℃,respectively.After the optimum the conditions,the basic conditions were 180 ℃,Pd-NiCx/AC as catalyst and concentration of NaOH was 1 M.A further comparison of the and COD values was made after adding the hydrogen peroxide in different reaction time,and found that when hydrogen peroxide content was 5 mL and reaction was carried out completely,and the dechlorination rate reached more than 99%.The dechlorination reaction was a first-order reaction,and reaction constant K=0.5386.The incomplete oxidation product was a kind of oxalic acid of organic acid,which can have natural degradation and they would not cause harm to the environment.
