研究了草酸和磷酸处理胶园凝胶对天然橡胶(NR)塑性初值和塑性保持率的影响。结果表明:两种酸浸泡胶园凝胶一小时对橡胶的塑性初值基本没有影响,在浓度为0.4%时对塑性保持率的提高最大(为二十个单位);两种酸浸泡胶园凝胶两小时,浓度在0.2%~0.4%时可以提高塑性初值;浓度在0.4%以上时,反而会降低胶园凝胶的塑性初值。因此在生产中可以根据所需的胶料的塑性值来选取不同的工艺和不同的浓度。

The influence of oxalic acid and phosphoric acid on initial plasticity(P0) and plasticity retention index(PRI) of estate rubber was studied.The result showed it had very little impact on P0 of estate rubber with two kinds of acid treatment for an hour,where the increment of PRI was the most obvious at acid concentration of 0.4%,which were twenty units.The P0 of estate rubber was increased by both the acid treatment at the acid concentration of 0.2%~0.4% for two h.However,the P0 of estate rubber was decreased at the acid concentration above 0.4%.Therefore,we can choose the appropriate acid concentration and treatment technology can be determined with the required P0 of estate rubber in actual production.
