采用粉末冶金的方法制备了碳纤维铜基复合材料,并研究了添加剂Ti粉对Cf-Cu复合材料的密度、硬度、抗弯强度、电导率及耐磨性能的影响。试验结果显示:添加剂Ti粉能改善Cf-Cu复合材料的密度、硬度、抗弯强度、电导率和耐磨性能。

Carbon fiber-copper matrix composite were made by means of powder metallurgy,and the effects of Ti to density,hardness,flexural strength,electrical conductivity,wear resistance of the carbon fiber-copper matrix composite were studied.Experiment results showed that adding Ti can improve the density,hardness,flexural strength,electrical conductivity,and wear resistance of the carbon fiber-copper matrix composite.
