以NKA-Ⅱ树脂为吸附剂,经处理的糖蜜酒精废液为吸附质,研究了树脂用量、废液pH值、吸附温度、废液浓度及吸附时间对糖蜜酒精废液中酚类色素吸附率的影响。采用SPSS分析影响因素之间的交互作用,确定的最佳的吸附工艺条件:温度为30℃、pH为3.8、时间为90 min、NKA-Ⅱ树脂用量为5.5 g、澄清液稀释至2.5倍,吸附率为83.88%。

Using NKA-Ⅱ resin as absorbent,molasses alcohol wastewater after treatment as absorbate,the influences of absorption rate in phenolic pigment from the molasses alcohol wastewater on resin used,wastewater pH,absorption temperature,wastewater concentration and absorption time were studied.The interaction between influencing factors was analyzed by SPSS,and the best absorption condition were as follows: temperature 35 ℃,pH 3.8,time 120 min,dosage of NKA-Ⅱ resin 5.5 g,and waste dilution to 2.5 times volume.Under the optimum conditions,the absorption rate was 83.88%.
