以采用天然气为原料,3.0MPa蒸汽转化制取甲醇合成气,5.0MPM低压法合成甲醇,三塔精馏流程制取符合GB338—2004标准的优级甲醇,生产能力为10万吨/年的装置工艺为例,通过整个生产过程的危险性分析,针对各危险特性提出应对措施。

In this article, we took the equipment which with an annual methanol production capacity of 100 thousand tons as an example. This equipmeut uses natural gas as mhleral and takes the methods of steam reforming to makhlg methanol synthetic gas under 3.0MPa conditiou, low pressure process to synthetic methanol under 5.0MPa condition, and 3 towers rectification path to manufacture high grade methanol meeting the requirement of GB338-2004. Through the example, we analyzed the risks of the whole process, and proposed the countermeasures in view of those risks.
