通过班主任工作,收集资料和学生深度访谈,文章就＂90后＂大学生班级进行了研究,发现存在的问题有：班级学习风气不足,上课时间学生手机上网现象严重;班级缺乏凝聚力,学生参加班级活动不积极;学生自我约束力低,早操和晚自习出勤较差;班级贫富差距较大。并针对以上问题提出了相应的对策。
