当前的大学生主要是以90后为主体,90后学生的成长环境比较特殊,学校对于90后学生的管理也存在着一些问题。随着社会的发展,社会对高校学生的要求逐渐增加,高校原有的管理模式已经不再适应90后大学生的管理,学校应该针对学生的特点做出相应的管理调整。本文主要是对90后大学生的特点进行分析,就如何进行90后大学生的管理提出合理的建议。
