教师专业规范是指导教师在教育教学工作中所具有的专业知识与专业能力不断有效拓展的专业标准。本文在美国基础教育发展的背景下,沿着教师资格审查制度和教师教育这两条线索,从建立、形成、发展和新趋势四个方面,展开对教师专业规范过程的历史考察。

Teacher professional norms instructor teaching work has the expertise and professional ability to continue to effectively expand the professional standard.
