党校是学习贯彻社会主义核心价值体系的重要阵地,是党员、干部党性锻炼的熔炉,在新形势下要充实和完善全面建成小康社会的目标,急需培养和造就一批高素质干部。新形势下党校教育模式必须增强责任感和使命感,建立和完善党校教学新布局,发挥主渠道作用,加强理论建设,以科学发展观统领党校工作,推动理论创新。

Party school is the important position for studying and carrying out the socialist core value system, is furnace for Party members, cadres to exercise party spirit, under the new situation, in order to enrich and improve the comprehensive well-off society goal, need to train and bring up a group of high quality cadres. Under the new situation of Party school education must strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission, to establish and perfect the new position of Party school teaching, play a role of main channel, to strengthen the construction of theory, with the scientific outlook on development of Party school job, promote academic innovation.
