金属化DC-Link电容器较传统电解电容器具有很多优势,如何减少金属化膜电容器在自愈过程中的电容量衰减是一个重要研究课题。文章分析了金属化电容器自愈特性,研究了自愈特性与压强关系,通过自愈特性试验,结果表明压强的增大可减少自愈能量、优化自愈性能、减少自愈面积,对提升DC-Link电容器的性能具有指导意义。

Metallized DC-Link capacitors have more advantages compared to traditional electrolytic capacitors .It is an important study subject on how to reduce capacitance decay of metalized film ca-pacitor during self-healing period .In this paper ,the self-healing feaure of metallized film is analyzed and the relationship between self-healing feature and pressure intensity is studied .The test is shown through self-healing feature test that increase of pressure intensity can reduce self -healing energy ,op-timize self-healing performance and reduce self-healing area , which has instructive significance in improving performance of DC-Link capacitor .
