目的 研究民航飞行员高脂血症患者循环内皮微颗粒(endothelial microparticles,EMPs)水平的变化,探讨其与高脂血症的关系. 方法 收集2011年度南方航空公司飞行员体检资料,根据随机数字表法选取年龄35~45岁的男性民航飞行员43名.根据高脂血症诊断标准,将其分为2组,其中高脂血症飞行员20名(高脂血症组),血脂水平正常的飞行员23名(对照组),以流式细胞术检测两组飞行员血浆中的CD31+/CD42b-EMPs水平,并分析其与TC、TG和LDL-C的关系.结果 高脂血症组和对照组比较,TC、TG和LDL-C差异均有统计学意义(t=6.397、5.734、7.490,P<0.01);与对照组相比,高脂血症组飞行员血浆中的EMPs水平显著升高(t=20.570,P<0.01);EMPs水平与TC、TG和LDL-C水平呈明显正相关(r=0.8403、0.8003、0.7668,P<0.01).结论 EMPs水平升高反应内皮损伤及功能障碍,是高脂血症患者血管内皮受损的敏感指标,也可预测飞行员的心血管功能将进一步恶化,因此对高脂血症飞行员需采取针对性措施开展预防和治疗.

Objective To study the change of vascular endothelial microparticles (EMPs) levels in the civil pilots with hyperlipoidemia disease and its relationship with hyperlipoidemia.Methods Forty-three pilots,aged from 35 to 45,were selected as subjects by means of random number table upon the review of annual physical examination of China Southern Airlines pilots in 2011.According to the diagnosis standard for hyperlipoidemia,43 pilots were divided into hyperlipoidemia group (n=20) and control group (n=23).The levels of CD31+/CD42b EMPs in pilots' plasma were measured by flow cytometry,and their relationships with TC,TG and LDL-C were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in TC,TG,LDL-C between two groups (t=6.397,5.734,7.490,P<0.01).Hyperlipoidemia group showed higher levels of EMPs (t=20.570,P<0.01).There were positive correlations between the levels of EMPs and TC,TG and LDL C concentration (r=0.8403,0.8003,0.7668,P<0.01).Conclusions The high EMPs levels reflect the endothelium injuries and dysfunction,which are the sensitive indicators to vessel endothelium injuries and can forecast that pilot's cardiovascular function would deteriorate further.Therefore,it is suggested that the prevention measures and treatment for the pilots with hyperlipoidemia should be strengthened.
