　　随着当前我国社会经济的不断进步和发展，人们对建筑节能的要求也逐渐升高，建筑节能已经成为建筑工程展开的基本要求。在进行建筑工程节能的过程中，操作人员要对建筑节能技术进行深入研究，从本质上加强建筑节能效果。本文首先介绍了开展建筑工程节能设计的意义，进而分析我国住宅以碧水花园小区为例对建筑节能的住宅耗能构成设计做了简要分析，重点探讨了碧水花园小区节能建筑工程设计的关键环节。

Along with the progress and development of the social economy in our country, people on building energy efficiency is also increased gradually, building energy conservation has become a basic requirement for building expansion. In the process of building energy saving, operation personnel to undertake an in-depth study on the construction of energy-saving technologies, strengthen the building energy-saving effect in essence. This paper first introduces the development of energy saving design of architectural significance, and analysis of China's residential water garden residential energy consumption of the building energy saving construction design are briefly analyzed, focusing on the key links of clear water garden district energy-saving building engineering design.
