　　现代海运业具有“高投资、高风险、高收益”的特点，要想减少投资行为的失误，确保企业的投资收益和财产安全，进行科学的风险识别、风险分析和风险控制非常重要。本文从直接损失风险、间接损失风险和责任损失风险三方面来识别潜在的风险，并运用故障树法来进行定量分析，来计算投资国际海运业的风险值，最后给出相应的风险对策，以期给投资该行业的企业做风险分析决策时提供理论依据和方法。

Modern shipping industry has the characteristic of"high investment, high risk, high return", so the investment success or not relates to the enterprise's success or failure. In order to reduce the investment behavior of the error, ensure the safety of enterprise investment income and property, before investment is decision-making, risk identification, risk analysis and risk control of science is very important. In this paper, the risk from the direct loss, indirect loss risk and liability risks three aspects to identify potential risks, and using fault tree analysis to quantitative analysis, to calculate the investment of international shipping industry risk value, risk countermeasure is given, with investment in the industry for the enterprise to provide the theory basis and method of risk analysis.
